Every time I walk past a builder they’re smiling and polite, and they always arrive when they’re expected. I’ve even felt comfortable enough to give my spare key to the site manager to fix little things while I’m at work. The sales team were very honest with me whilst we were making my snagging list, and nothing was hidden from me. You hear all these horror stories of first-time buyers in horrible new houses but there was nothing like that here.
