Get moving with Part Exchange

At Erris Homes, we aim to make the process of buying a new home as easy as possible. Sometimes the process of selling your current home can be an additional stress that makes the process harder to manage. That’s why we offer a part exchange service, so that our customers can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free new home journey.

Arranging a part exchange with Erris Homes will mean you don’t need to pay estate agent fees to sell your old property. You will be safe in the knowledge that your old home has already been sold, so that you are free to move into your new home without the worry that the sale of your previous home may fall through.

How Does Part Exchange Work?

• Once you have chosen your new home, Erris Homes will organise valuations by local estate agents.

• These estate agents will then contact us with their best offers. Should Erris Homes and yourselves accept these valuations, a survey will be conducted if necessary. If you decline our offer, the process ends here at no cost to you.

• Solicitors will then be instructed to commence the legal process once everything is agreed.

• Finally, we will complete the sale on your current home.
