This scheme is not eligible for use in conjunction with any other offer, including Smart Move and any other promotional offers.
Can I use this scheme in conjunction with Help to Buy?
This scheme can be used in conjunction with the government-backed Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme and Forces Help to Buy, subject to approval from Homes England.
